Bio:

 

Barely a teenager, Aline Morales, is a formidable opponent in both singles and doubles. She trains in both Zihuatanejo and Ensenada. Morales  drops and resets balls consistently into the non-volley zone from anywhere on the court. She is patient and willing to enter into long rallies, waiting for the right ball to attack to win the point. 

 

Morales prefers to play, and has her strongest results, in singles. Despite her petite size, she has strong drives and incredibly accurate passing shots. Perhaps most importantly, she is able to adjust her strategy mid-game when needed to come out on top. You often will see her playing with her coach and padrino, who is still winning medals into 70s.
